It is an important celebration that is adopted in many countries, with family parties, themed decorations and gifts. In addition, some well-known traditions such as egg decorating and chocolate egg hunting.

CELEBRATE EASTER WITH LOVE AND JOY: JOIN US AT CONVENT OF ESPINHEIRO
Over the course of three days of Easter celebrations, the Convento do Espinheiro offered guests a range of activities, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
During these days it was possible to enjoy a peaceful environment, truly feeling the essence of Easter in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
During these days, families and friends gathered to celebrate life and love, creating unforgettable memories.
APRIL 7TH:
On Friday, April 7th, at around 5pm, guests visited the Convento do Espinheiro, where they were able to learn more about the history and traditions of the place. Thus, the visit was a unique opportunity for them to explore and learn more about the historical and cultural heritage of the region.
After the visit, at 5:30 pm it was possible to enjoy a tasting of local wines, creating an excellent opportunity for socializing.
A special Lent dinner was also held, with a carefully selected menu in a cozy and elegant atmosphere.
Afterwards, at the Bar Claustro do Convento, relaxed moments were provided in an incredible atmosphere with live music and cocktails.
APRIL 8TH:
On April 8th, early in the morning, a Peddy Paper was held where whoever managed to complete the test received a prize. This activity consisted of completing challenges where the objective was to travel a route and answer certain questions.
At 5pm the activity “Ark of History: The mystical corners of the Monastery” was scheduled. After this activity, visitors had the opportunity to taste the best wines from the Convent’s Winery at 5:30pm.
APRIL 9TH:
On April 9th, guests of the Convento do Espinheiro attended the Easter Mass at the Church of N. Sra. do Espinheiro at 9 am. This was a unique opportunity to appreciate the beauty and history of the church.
After the mass, at around 10:30 am, the Convento do Espinheiro offered a tour of the city of Évora accompanied by a certified guide. The visit allowed visitors to discover this fantastic city, from its architecture to its traditions and culture.
Later, Chef Jorge Peças invited guests to a gastronomic experience through a traditional buffet at the Divinus Restaurant, providing a unique and unforgettable experience.
In this way, the Convento do Espinheiro aims to always offer memorable experiences to those who visit it.
